An unprecedented level of service

Coming from a family full of successful realtors, real estate was always an interest to me. My background and experience in high end sales prior to becoming a realtor has been a great asset and led to an easy transition when I began my real estate career. I learned early on, of the need to provide and maintain a high level of detailed service to all of my clients as I assist them to navigate the real estate market and achieve their goals.  In 2018 I partnered up with a long time friend Ben Oryall to create a luxury focused real estate team called Houlihan & Oryall. When we formed our partnership, our goals were to fill the needs we saw in the local luxury real estate market; and bring an unprecedented level of service and marketing to the area to better serve our clients.    Since starting our brand; our client's feedback, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive. Our consistent high level of performance appeals to our clients, and they trust us to help them accomplish their goals. We have continued to elevate the level of service being provided in the area, and always make an effort to exceed our client's expectations wherever possible. As we expand and grow; one of the things I always look forward to is forming relationships with new people, while still maintaining the high level of service our team has now become recognized for.  

Ben was born and raised in Abbotsford and is proud of the community, and the life he has built here. He is lucky to have a loving and supportive wife, Lindsay that supports his crazy schedule and is the backbone of their little family. Charli and Oliver, his daughter and son, are the reason he works so hard everyday, they are the reason he is committed to providing the level of service he strives for. Early in his career he had the chance to join the #1 team in the Province and quickly became a high producing agent. The training and guidance he received while working for such a well-respected team in the Real Estate community gave him the confidence and skills he needed to thrive in this business. Since leaving that team he has been dedicated to his personal and professional growth, while building a premier brand in the Abbotsford Market. Joining forces with Jeff Houlihan was the tipping point for both of them. They are a dynamic pair and care deeply about their client’s needs and their reputation within the Community. They have come into a Market that was underserviced and have taken an extremely different approach with the marketing quality and content. Having grown up in Abbotsford, Justine understands the numerous benefits of life in the Fraser Valley.
